Time Payment Policy
Shipping Policies
  • All currently available ("in production" or painted) Artist Resin model horses ship within 2-4 weeks of payment in full. Some items can
    take up to four weeks to ship.
  • Items ship either UPS Ground OR US Postal Priority Mail.  Usually larger Traditional scale horses ship via UPS Ground, while Little Bits
    scale and smaller items ship via US Postal Priority Mail.
  • USA Shipping and handling is $15 for Traditional scale resins, $10 for Classic and Stablemate scale, and free for micro minis.
  • We ship worldwide. International shipping is by US Postal Mail and is $30 - $40 per item, depending upon the weight and parcel size.
  • Fine artwork and breakable items, such as vases, tiles and more, have different shipping prices. All shipping prices are listed on the
    item page.  If we cannot easily replace an item, we always include insurance.
Refunds, Payments and Returns
Refunds
  • Many models, especially those "pre-ordered" (ordered before the entire edition is cast) take weeks, if not months, to cast and ship.  
    During this time, we have already paid the artist and/or the casting company for your order.  Good artwork takes time to create and we
    ask your patience.   
  • All sales are final.  We only refund money if, for any reason, we cannot ship your resin out at all.  Keep in mind there may be a delay of
    weeks or months to ship new resins due to casting schedules, artist clean ups and touch up of pieces, etc.
  • We guarantee that all items arrive in good condition. Items that can be replaced will be replaced, at our expense, promptly.   Items that
    are one of a kind or very fragile are shipped with insurance.  If the item is lost, broken or damaged during shipment, an insurance claim
    is submitted and you will receive a refund for your item when the claim is paid by the shipping company.  

Payments
  • We currently accept PAYPAL and all major credit cards through PayPal.
  • We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders through mail order.
  • We no longer accept telephone orders or credit cards by fax or mail.

Returns
  • We guarantee that all items arrive safely. If you item is lost in the mail, damaged or broken, we will replace it completely at our expense
    if possible. If not, we will refund your money in full.
  • We accept returns only on defective items.  You MUST notify us within 30 days of your order if you believe an item is defective.
  • Painted items, portraits and custom orders are not returnable.  
  • Returns are shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We do not refund return postage.
Time Payment Policy

  • Time payments are available on purchases of $100.00 or more.
  • Individual schedules are created based on the amount of the horse.  Generally, we ask that you pay off your models within 4-6 months
    of purchase. You can make payments every two weeks or every month.  
  • The last installment is the balance due plus shipping.
  • NO PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDED IF YOU STOP MAKING PAYMENTS!  
  • We only refund payments if, for any reason, we cannot fill your order.
  • By sending us your first payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
