Shipping Policies
Shipping times vary.  Some items ship within 1 week while others may take several weeks or more to ship.  Please inquire if you are not sure
about when your item ships, or if you need it by a certain day.
  • We ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise noted on your PayPal receipt or at the time of purchase.
  • We are happy to ship your Artist Resin model horses to the painter of your choice. Please provide the address when you check out!
  • Shipping prices including handling, packing, and insurance, if added. We only add insurance to items we cannot replace or highly
    breakable items.  If an item breaks during shipping, please contact us immediately.
  • 5% sales tax is charged for Virginia residents.

Shipping Rates are as Follows Effective March 1, 2012

  • Traditional scale Artist Resin model horses, Lakeshore china horses, Heavy Horse Farms china horses: USA $17.50 each, all other
    countries, $40 each.
  • Classic scale artist resins: $15.00 USA or $30 all other countries.
  • 4" Scale artist resins:  $12.50 USA or $30 all other countries.
  • Mini Scale - under 3" tall:  $7.50 USA or $20.00 all other countries.

Shipping Methods
  • All International (non USA) orders ship via U.S. Postal Priority Mail, International service.
  • Traditional scale model horses and Classic scale models may ship either UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
  • 4" models and smaller, periodicals, and miscellaneous items ship U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
  • Bronzes and heavy items may ship with a private carrier, at our discretion.
Payments and Returns
  • We currently accept PAYPAL and all major credit cards through PayPal.
  • We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders through mail order.
  • We no longer accept telephone orders or credit cards by fax or mail.

Returns
  • We guarantee that all items arrive safely. If you item is lost in the mail, damaged or broken, we will replace it completely at our expense
    if possible. If not, we will refund your money in full.
  • We accept returns only on defective items.  You MUST notify us within 30 days of your order if you believe an item is defective.
  • Painted items, portraits and custom orders are not returnable.  
  • Returns are shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We do not refund return postage.
Time Payment Policy
We offer time payments as a courtesy to our customers.  Please read the agreement below very carefully.  If you have any questions or would
like to request time payments, please email us at equinartcreations@yahoo.com

  • Time payments are available on purchases of $100.00 or more.
  • Individual schedules are created based on the amount of the horse.  Generally, we ask that you pay off your models within 4-6 months
    of purchase. You can make payments every two weeks or every month.  
  • The last installment is the balance due plus shipping.
  • NO PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDED IF YOU STOP MAKING PAYMENTS!  
  • We only refund payments if, for any reason, we cannot fill your order.
  • By sending us your first payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell, share or rent your email address, mailing address or any other data that you share with us when we collect information for our
mailing list.  We only use opt-in, permission-based email marketing.  We send direct mail to customers who have purchased products from us in
the past.  If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at equinartcreations@yahoo.com and provide your complete name,
mailing address and email address so we can match it and remove it from future mailings.
Affiliate Program Disclosure
We participate in Amazon's affiliate program and sell books and Breyer horse models through an Amazon affiliate account. When you purchase
items using our Amazon links, you will check out through Amazon.  We make a little money on each sale.  Amazon's privacy policy, data policies and
sales policies apply once you leave our website and check out through their system.

Our periodicals (books, The Model Horse Quarterly) are fulfilled through Lulu.com, a print on demand publisher.  We earn a portion of each sale
when you check out through Lulu.  Lulu's privacy policy, data policy, and sales policies apply once you leave our website and check out through the
Lulu website.
