911 Emergency Fix Supplies
1)        Rubbing Alcohol & q-tips
2)        Fine grade sandpaper or sanding sticks (600-100 grit) You
can get the sanding sticks at Hobby Lobby in the model car
supplies, I use the pink colored ones for my fixes.

Help!  I got a hair stuck under my last layer of sealer!
You wouldn’t believe how many times I’ve done this!  The best way
to get it out is to let your sealer dry completely before you do
anything, or you will do more harm than good!  Let it sit at least an
hour or so!  Now take a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol, and gently
rub the immediate area of the “boo-boo”.  The rubbing alcohol will
dissolve the spray slowly, and most of the time I can get the hair out
easily. The alcohol will occasionally leave a white film as it dries. No
worries, it will disappear when you spray it with Testors Dull Cote.

If this does not work, take a very fine grade of sandpaper and
LIGHTLY sand over the immediate area, until you get the hair or dust
speck out.  This must be done very carefully!

Now take your Dull Cote and re-spray that area to give it the same
tooth as the rest of the horse.  You’re back in business!
(Occasionally I will have to use my last color of pastel dust and go
over that area once or twice if I get too far into the pastels with the
sandpaper)
